ARE 7 HOURS ENOUGH FPR ONE TO HAVE THE BEST SLEEP DURATION

In my opinion sleeping for 7 to 9 hours in a day can is the best duration and healthy for most adults. The duration only differs in infants and kids below 18 who might need more than 7 hours to promote healthy growth and development.

Sleeping for seven hours can have several benefits to their health including; enhances brain resting and functioning, can make it easy for one to learn or recall things as it boosts memory, increases productivity, makes you happy, promotes socialization, happy moods, lower mental stress, anxiety, and risk of sleep-related diseases.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
