Definitely yes. You can use facial exercises, including jawline workouts that decrease double chin appearance, and tighten the face muscles. I also recommend using firming creams, specifically with anti-aging formulations, such as collagen and retinol. You can also wear sunscreen regularly to protect the skin from UV rays damage that causes sagging skin. Other people may prefer collagen peptides and vitamin C supplements, which contain antioxidants for repairing damaged cells.
3) What skincare ingredients/practices do you recommend for improving firmness in the skin? Does this apply to the body as well?
I advise my clients to use the following;
Retinol
