Have you tried the Chocolate Mousse recipe that contains CBD yet? You may have heard about it or even tasted it. Do you want to know how to make it? First, let us know a little bit about CBD Oil.
The use of CBD is taking another turn globally from the normal use of pain relive. It is legal to use it in some states but others are fully embracing its use. CBD is an abbreviation of cannabidiol which Clarke & Watson (2007) argued that it is a natural chemical compound extracted from the hemp of the cannabis plant. It has medicinal benefits and is especially used to relieve severe pain that results from chronic illnesses that can’t be relieved by the respective medicines.
CBD Benefits
Britch (2020) explained that CBD is known to relieve pain and is also used for enjoyment, and for that, it is consumed in various ways, like vaping, use of skin topicals, use of vape vaporizers, pills, capsules, and sublingual. It is also incorporated into products like candles and shampoo, and food products like drinks, and tea. Überall (2020) explained that CBD is safe for consumption as a daily regime because it does not contain THC. THC stands for Tetrahydrocannabinol which is also a compound that is found in cannabis and results in psychoactive effects when taken. According to Evans (2020), CBD-infused products may contain THC but it should not be more than 0.3 percent. CBD is consumed in baked items like brownies, cookies, and cakes. You can play with the ingredients depending on the end product you want on your baked product. However, you have to be careful and follow the recipe strictly mostly CBD. A good example is the chocolate Mousse, and this article outlines some of the recipes you can use to make a perfect one.

Another Recipe for Making Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups whipped cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
33 mg full-spectrum CBD oil
Method of Preparation
Add the 2 eggs and the granulated sugar to a large mixing bowl. For about 3-4 minutes, beat thoroughly until fluffy and thick
Heat one cup of the whipped cream in a saucepan at1 35 degrees until hot but not too hot as the high temperature will interfere with the eggs used in the preceding step of preparation
Using the handheld beater, drizzle the cream into the whipped eggs. Go slow with this to prevent scrambling the eggs. This will help to bring the temperature of the eggs up to the cream temperature.
Pour the mixture into a pan and heat over low heat
For about 5-8 minutes, continually stir until it gets thick. Set the temperatures at 150 degrees and do not let it exceed this point. In case the mixture is overheated, pass it through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any formed egg lumps. At this point, the egg will be fully cooked.
Remove the mixture from heat and stir in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips mixing thoroughly until smooth and fully combined.
Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours until the mixture thickens
After thickening, remove it from the fridge. Whip one cup of heavy whipped cream, in a bowl, until a soft peak forms.
Fold the whipped cream into the mousse till fully combined. Refrigerate until when ready
To serve, pour 1/3 cup chocolate mousse into a cup, then stir into 1 -2 drops of CBD Oil
Garnish with shaved chocolate chips
