COFFEE

What are your thoughts about the study/findings?

I support the findings of the study mainly due to.; drinking unsweetened coffee containing only one to two tablespoons of coffee can significantly lower the health risks associated with other coffees with artificial sweeteners that lower your longevity. The artificial sweeteners in coffee are linked to a shorter lifespan as they increase the risk of serious health conditions such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases leading to a decreased lifespan.

Why are unsweetened coffee and coffee sweetened with sugar better options (and why might they lead to longer life as opposed to other options)

Sweetened coffee and coffee containing moderate sugar amounts are considered healthier and better options that can increase one’s lifespan as they are low in calories, have more antioxidant properties, and less harmful chemicals that heighten your disease risks. These properties aid the body to regulate calorie intake, preventing cell damage by free radicals and inflammation lowering risks of certain cancers, and obesity, boosting brain health, promoting body detoxification or cleansing, and improving liver and cardiovascular health prolonging your lifespan.

What are the potential issues when it comes to using artificial sweeteners in coffee?

Artificial sweeteners in coffee can lower your lifespan as they lead to obesity which is linked to a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and cognitive decline as they disrupt the gut microbiome, metabolism, and insulin response. They can also promote the growth of cancerous cells, and heart diseases, increase the risk of depression, mood disorders, type 2 diabetes, anxiety, stroke, dementia, IBS infections, and liver damage which are linked to a reduced lifespan.
