COFFEE

Coffee is the most used caffeinated beverage. My research provides all necessary information concerning coffee on health in humans;

Health Benefits

•             It contains potassium, caffeine, and magnesium nutrients that promote insulin regulation, speed up fat burning, and curbs sugar cravings aiding in weight loss in the long run.

•             Regular drinking of coffee lowers your risk of certain cancer such as prostate, skin, and endometrial cancer.

•             The antioxidants in coffee boost immune and protect the cells from damage by free radicals. This lowers the risk of stroke, type II diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease.

•             Increases physical performance as it enhances alertness and triggers adrenaline rushes in the blood.

Health Risks

•             Low-quality coffee contains impurities that trigger headaches or other worse symptoms.

•             Taking coffee a few minutes before sleeping increases sleeping difficulties and insomnia.

•             It may be bad for the fetus when taken by pregnant mothers.

•             Regular intake of high coffee increases your risks of anxiety, panic attacks, and heart palpitations.

How Much to Drink Per Day

 I recommend coffee intake of up to a maximum of 400mg or simply drinking 1 to 3 cups of coffee each day.

What The Best Time to Drink Coffee

I would say the best time to take your cup of coffee is between mid-morning to early afternoon or late morning when the cortisol hormones are low. Drink your coffee between 6:30 a.m. To 11:30 a.m.  Don’t take your coffee past noon or 1 p.m.

What’s The Best Type of Coffee to Drink

I recommend Arabica coffee as it’s tasty rich in natural flavors and nutrients that benefit your health.

Symptoms of Negative Impacts of Coffee

Cut your coffee intake if you start experiencing the following;

•             Nausea

•             Headaches

•             Irritability

•             Jitteriness

•             Restlessness

•             Increased heart rates

•             Nervousness

•             Vomiting
