DAILY MODERATE EXERCISE

DAILY MODERATE EXERCISE VS.HARD EXERCISE TWICE WEEKLY

Regular physical activity is significant, and in my opinion, daily moderate exercise is better than two intense workout sessions every week. While both cases provide various health benefits related to fitness, the former is greater for reduced risk of musculoskeletal injury. It also increases an individual’s fitness level, helping tackle even more demanding workouts. I always recommend rest days in a workout program, but if you have the desire to exercise daily, why not? The only important thing is to avoid pushing too hard when your body cannot. Please do not be strict on yourself, especially when ill or lack the mood. I usually emphasize on determining why you feel motivated to exercise every day. Perhaps failing to show up at the gym even once, makes you lose track. If that is the case, going for lighter workouts or engaging in active rest can go a long way in your fitness goals. Active rest involves something lighter and not included in your routine- football or swimming. For daily workouts, I usually tell my clients to avoid going beyond 30 minutes on each session.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
