Deepthroat – To Gag or Not To Gag Part 1

This is an article, well more a guide based on experience, which will detail deepthroating for someone who has never tried it before. This article will have a follow up in the near future, which will take things into more depth. But for now we’re going to be starting with the simple basics to help you learn to deepthroat. Like I said this is written from experience as I could not deepthroat before and now I can. Before getting into how to go about deepthroating, I will remind you that this may not work for everyone, and it may take you a long time. Learning to deepthroat is not an over night process, it’s something you actually have to set time aside to work on it. And most importantly if it hurts, stop you need to think about how you’re doing it as it should not hurt.

Alright so, first things first, reading up on this myself in the past many guides offer variations on which position is best. For my personally I found that the 69 position, or that position laying on the side rather than on top is best. However I do strongly suggest you try more than one position with this to find where is best for you to stand, kneel or lay whilst deepthroating. Ultimately it is easiest to learn to deepthroat if you have a willing partner who is patient. It is actually a somewhat pleasurable process for a man to go through, and the ultimate outcome is generally greatly desired by men so it should not be too hard to get them to agree to it.

Okay so by this point you should of found a comfortable position to start in, if you find that continuing the process makes that position uncomfortable simply keep moving around until you get it right, don’t worry like I said it can take time and should not be rushed. So in your chosen position take the penis in your mouth and, pretty much do nothing. The aim is to take the penis deeper and deeper without inducing a gag reflex. Every time you feel like gagging hold the penis where it is in the mouth, not using your teeth I must add, and count. The aim is to initially find out how long you can hold the penis there and then work to improve it.

What this does is helps work the muscles in your throat, stretching them and allowing your throat to fit the penis down it. Having your neck elongated will help the penis fit better but if this becomes strenuous I advise stopping. Continue with the process of taking the penis further down your throat and holding it there, this is how you prepare your body for deepthroating. Some people can do it automatically but most of us cannot. Work on it at about an hour a session, over a period of a few weeks. In a few weeks time there will be a follow up article on this, go on and practice it until you can hold the penis at the gag point for about a minute.

Having done this myself I know it can be a long process but take it slow and try and enjoy it. Give it a go, and let us know how things progress!
