Drinks to Have to Minimize Cancer Risk

I recommend the drinks below to lower your cancer risks;

Coffee contains phytochemical antioxidants such as cafestol, theobromine, theophylline, and chlorogenic or quinic acids polyphenols that are linked to a decreased rate of stomach, GI, endometrial, or pancreas cancers.

Carrot juice

This vegetable juice is loaded with vitamin C and K, carotenoids like alpha and beta carotenes which have anticancer effects on the body. The flavonoid phytochemicals in carrot juice exhibit anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that hinder the growth of cancerous cells.

These natural teas are high in EGCG, catechins, flavanols, polyphenols, and other nutrients that can inhibit the growth of cancer tumors in the body. Regular consumption of black, matcha, green, white, and oolong teas can lower the risk of prostate, breast, colon, liver, or lung cancers.
