EXERCISES TO TIGHTEN FACE JOWLS/SKIN

I highly recommend the facial exercises below for a tighter skin face;

Wink and hold

Practicing the wink and hold exercise can help reduce wrinkles or fine lines on the face especially under the eye. The winking pulls the sagging skin together and helps to tighten it overtime.

How to do it

Close either your right or left eye with the other open and hold it for 1 to 10 seconds with the eyes muscles contacted for 20 to 30 reps a set. Switch to the other eye and do repeat the process for 1 to 3 sets a day.

Cheek slumping

For the best plump and youthful skin, add cheek slumping in your daily facial exercise routines. Cheek slumping involves raising the nose folds while smiling to lift and tighten your all facial skin.

How to do it

Smile to your maximum width while pressing the nose folds downwards; the area or skin connecting the lips to the nose. With your fingertips pressing the nose folds, try lifting the cheek or jaw muscles for about 1 to 3 minutes. The resistance motion tends to strengthen and tighten the cheek, nose and overall face muscles or skin.

Facial yoga

Facial yoga is an easy-to-do exercise for firm and tight facial or neck skin. The technique enhances blood circulation which promotes well-tones facial muscles.

How to do it

Inhale deeply via the mouth while ensuring a straight face and neck posture. Hold in inhaled air for 10 second and exhale. Do 10 to sets daily.
