Challenges the business is facing:
In 2020, the COVID pandemic created a challenge for many brick and mortar establishments. Without the ability to have consumers shop in person, everyone had to shift to selling online. Our biggest focus for the first year was to focus on brand development and exposure.
One of the biggest challenges I see from our customers who are mainly in their 20’s-30’s are that they are having trouble meeting people in the ever-evolving digital world we live in. Today with all the dating apps, it’s hard to filter through those who are just looking to hook up and those genuinely looking for long term love.
Attractive people enjoy this positive perception of themselves. Because of this they’re far more likely to end up with healthy levels of confidence, better social skills, and a brighter outlook on life.
With our product, a challenge can be people’s skepticism of the product. There is so much research out there and we continuously take the time to educate our customers at every step of the way. People want to feel confident and safe to purchase your products and assuring them you have done your research is the best way to provide that.

Positioning as an online business created an opportunity for us to use social media as a major marketing tool for getting our products in front of our target audience.

As people, we want to look and feel our best and so instantly we were received very positively by the market. Our relations with our industry partners aided in establishing the credibility we have from over a decade in this business.
In 2022, our experts at Eye of Love, wanted a brand partner to amplify our brand and mission to an audience seeking a product like ours. My advice to others in business would be to know your target market well and find ways to connect with them. Get to know your customers, knowing exactly what they want and need
You should be building relationships with your customers through social media and developing rapport through great customer service. Because our brand is so personal to the consumer, we do our best to establish and maintain a connection with them through our brand messaging, marketing and engagement. These are the people that will take our brand to new heights and we appreciate all of the people who have been on this journey with us. Lastly, I would say, stay up to date with trends and never stay stagnant. The market is competitive and those who are willing to continuously put in the effort to connect with their customers in new and exciting ways will see the best results.
