HEALTH BENEFITS OF INVERSIONS OR BEING UPSIDE DOWN

From my researches, here are some potential health benefits if being inverted or being upside down;

Can improve brain functioning

Being in an inverted position increases flow of blood to the head which supplies the brain with more oxygen. Increased blood and oxygen in the brain can boost brain function, focus, balance and mood as we feel more lively and the brain gets more active.

Aids in lowering mental stress

Inverting can be a great way of relaxing the brain and body which can go along way in lowering stress and preventing brain deterioration.

Can relieve back pain

Staying in an upside position, reduces the gravitational forces in our bodies and stress on the back. It’s a kind of bending or stretching activity that can help lower back pain, enhance connection of the body and brain and revere the gravitational effects on our bodies.
