Stroke is caused by high blood cholesterollevels. The condition occurs when blood flow to the brain is interrupted. This leads to the death of brain cells due to oxygen and nutrients deficiency. Furthermore, it is a dangerous disease that claims many people’s lives in the world every year. It affects language, moods, eyes, hearing, and movement.Stroke patients may experience weakness, pain, fatigue, paralysis, burning sensations, and poor coordination.You can avoid stroke by eating healthy fats from eggs and avocado.

Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary artery disease is a dangerous disease that can leave one in debt after spending thousands of dollars on medication.Typically, corona artery disease is the narrowing or blocking of the coronary artery caused by a build-up of trans fats materials. The condition can attach one with high or low cholesterol levels in the blood.
