HEALTHY HYDRATION – IS WATER THE KEY TO LONGEVITY?

Research shows that hydrating with water lowers colon and bladder cancer risks by 45% and 50% respectively. Water also cushions bones and helps in joints lubrication. As a result, we can move around with ease. It means water is definitely key to longevity. The body requires fresh water because it lacks a water storage means for its constant supply. Lack of it causes dehydration, leading to unwanted health impacts, such as constipation. I recommend drinking fresh and pure water mainly to prevent any form of contamination to the body.
