Of course, yes. That could possibly increase amounts of vitamin D levels in blood, which are toxic to your body.

I usually warn my clients against taking too much vitamin D over prolonged periods because it can cause excessive calcium accumulation, which is harmful for the bones, heart, and kidney. For supplements, please keep your doses below 10 micrograms.
