HOW OFTEN SHOULD WASH BED SHEETS AND WHY

I recommend you wash your bedsheets weekly. Sheets accumulate dust, dirt, dead skin cells, sweat, hair, and other tiny particles. Washing your sheets each week prevents risks of infections from fungi, pests, and bacteria that tend to attach to dirty beddings. Failure to wash your sheets regularly does not make you necessarily ill but leads to poor hygiene, exposing you to various infections.

I recommend you wash your bedsheets in mild warm water and iron after drying.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
