MANIFESTATION

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation is the process of thinking aspirational ideas, intending to turn them into reality. How it works

Through manifestation, we tend to raise our vibration energy- through feelings, thoughts, and beliefs, to reach that of what we desire in life, which can make us attract it. For instance, a good thing attracts itself, which explains why you possibly experience bad things when your thoughts are negative. You can manifest through visualization, which entails imagining how your life will look like after achieving your manifestation goal- make the moment present. You also manifest through affirmation, whereby positive statements are your vibe throughout to attract what you want. You can try it to see if it works. For instance, if you want a job, heightening your vibration alone will be use. It is best to search for job vacancies, apply for them, and ensure to attend interviews. Besides, think positive and avoid any obstacles that can drag your goal.

How to get started

Think of what you want and why

What do you want and why? Think of it and put down on paper. It helps focus on your goal’s purpose, allowing development of creative answers.

Use a journal

A journal helps record your worries and thoughts. Nobody will judge you for what you are doing, which gives ample time to concentrate on what you want to get. It also helps track your progress by noting what you have already achieved and what will follow.

Positive affirmations only

If you are the type who likes criticizing yourself or thinking negatively, please rub off such a mindset. Find a positive line in what you want and say it as many times as possible to shift your energy to the positive world, and that is how every other thing in the process will flow.
