PRODUCTIVITY MOTIVATION

PRODUCTIVITY AND MOTIVATION

Productivity and motivation are two factors that go hand in hand in all workplaces, organizations, or companies. Motivated people are likely to be more productive and even exceed their targets. All leaders should know ways to motivate their employees or staff for added workplace productivity. Motivation can be increased by addressing several factors in your staff, including; meeting their physiological need on time, boosting their esteem, making them feel secure about their health, job, or finances, and showing them their value at work. Rewarding, productive workers, showing your love or care towards them, and helping them learn better ways to explore their potential can increase motivation and workplace productivity.

What Makes Us Feel Good About Ourselves

Self-confidence and embracing your individuality are essential for people to feel good about themselves. Loving who you are, knowing your capabilities, weakness, and the things that make you an excellent person to be with makes you appreciate yourself more. Being confident and believing in yourself in all situations positively impacts your feelings.

Best Activities for A Positive State of Mind

I recommend the below tips for a positive state of mind;

List and reflect on your accomplishments to boost your motivation and confidence.

Know your strengths and focus on improving them daily; you can seek help from individuals you have similar passions.

Have an optimistic attitude and learn ways to clear the negative thoughts or beliefs.

Avoid comparing yourself with others, whether financially or physically.

Never mind what people think of you, and learn how to address your insecurities.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
