REJECTION IN THE REALM OF DATING

Rejection hurts there is no getting around that but there are certain things you can do to retain your dignity after such an event. The worst thing you can do is cause a fuss. If they have rejected you the best thing you can do is move on and try to forget about them. It clearly wasn’t meant to be so don’t waste your time and energy on something that wasn’t meant for you.

Everything we experience in life happens for a reason and it’s there to teach us something.  So learn from the experience but don’t waste time obsessing over it. Stop all contact with the person and delete their contacts from your phone to avoid the temptation of getting in touch again. They’ve made it clear they’re not interested and you will only appear desperate if you try to contact then again. No one like sot be rejected as it hurts our ego. As humans we turn rejection into a personal attach on ourselves. We start to question our existence , our personalities and our looks. Our brains start to doubt ourselves and start to think up reasons why we may have been rejected like we’re too fat, too tall or too loud. The truth in most cases is that we just weren’t compatible with that person and that is not something that can be fixed. It just is what it is. Always remember that just because that person turned you down it doesn’t mean that there isn’t someone else out there that is more suited to you and your personality.
