Buying guide
Support
When buying physical activity wear like sports bras and legging, support is important. To confirm this factor, I recommend doing a few exercises, including jumping jacks, standing side twist, or simple up and down jumps. If you notice any movements in your chest that cause discomfort in the activity, then that bra is not supportive enough. Find something that allows very little or no movement.
Ease to wear and remove
I never want to struggle getting off my sweaty gym attire. Therefore, I always ensure to pick a good fit that easily gets on and off my body. If I have to pull it off my head, then there should be no struggle. But I mostly recommend my clients to buy ones with zipper in front, for bras. For a pair of leggings, never pick one that annoys you to put on. It should be simple to wear on pre-workout and after the session.
How it behave with sweat
I always recommend sportswear made of material that dries quickly upon getting wet. Check how long it dries out after a sweaty workout and the comfort offered while wet. A good attire is one that dries a few moments after getting wet and does not cause chaffing or clinging on your skin.
