Substitute your consumption of processed foods and trans oils with healthy fats from nuts, avocados, and nuts.

Take the hot weather to get outdoors and indulge in exercises such as jogging, brisk walking, swimming, etc. To boost your stamina, immune and overall wellbeing.

With the hot temperatures, ensure you drink more water or eat juicy fruits and meals to stay hydrated.

Avoid or limit your intake of fried foods, alcohol, and saturated fats.

Bask in the sun daily to increase Vitamin D levels stimulate serotonin production, which can help elevate your mood.
