Vitamin A

However, smokers should limit their intake of beta-carotene supplements as it increases your risk of lung cancer.

Bromelain

Bromelain is an effective inflammation reducing supplements extracted from pineapple juice. It’s rich in anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to relieve inflammation after surgeries. 

Vitamin D

Vitamin D supplements are packed with fat-soluble nutrients which possess anti-inflammatory properties to neutralize body inflammation. Curcumin

A herbal supplements widely used for medicinal purposes as it contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidants that aid in reducing inflammation.
