Advice on what young people should know;

As a therapist, I advise the younger generation too;

Give their best in pursuing what they like in life or life goals. Young people should devote more time perfecting their skills, talent, and hobbies. Whether a drummer, lyricist, or singer, learning new approaches to performing an act o idea you adore can be helpful from your young age to adulthood or beyond.

Always know when to say yes or no. Avoid indulging in activities or joining groups against your morals and goals.

Be creative, explore and attend as many events and concerts as possible to build up your knowledge of different things.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help, support your ideas with positive people or friends with similar interests, and be ready to take responsibility for your actions or mistakes. Growing up comes with numerous hurdles that we all face as a young individuals. Be strong, live life to the fullest, don’t rush for sex or relationships, share or open up to those close to you, use your time wisely, avoid sexism and make better decisions that will shape your life as you age.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
