-Why more people are starting to gravitate towards racket sports for exercise/leisure

Racket sports are becoming more popular because they are recreational activities that can be played anywhere; in parks, field, or garden.

-How playing tennis recently became a fashion statement

Earlier, women were not allowed to wear trousers and shorts for different reasons. But they later did for practical purposes. Later, short skirts and dresses were predominantly adopted for more convenience in playing tennis. The gear is comfortable, upbeat, and more fun. It also contains a combination of both athleticism and leisure. As a result, many other sports predominantly adopted the trend, making tennis a fashion statement.

  • Help improve upper body strength when swinging the racket and lower body strength through lateral motion.
  • Running from point to point reduces the risk of chronic diseases, such as, stroke and type 2 diabetes.
  • Helps improve balance, agility, and coordination.

Racket games have alternate bursts of high exercise intensity through running from one area to another. On the other hand, fitness activities like HIIT or Zumba may interval training through stop and start exercises. Both activities are also great at improving fitness and health goals.

Tennis is more popular because of its rich history and many interested countries worldwide. It has had star players, including Serena Williams and Federer with a lot of viewership, unlike other sports.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
