The year 1965 was the beginning of something beautiful for us. Our family founded Palmat Reliance. This is an Israeli family-owned company established in 1965 in the Israeli market. The company is mainly engaged in manufacturing and importing door and window accessories. We sell to business customers and end users.

We are known for quality products for windows, shutters, and other home or garden accessories. Additionally, we provide good customer service and fast delivery. Our story since 1965 

Our story began with the parent company, Palmat Reliance. This company has been in the same family since 1965, so we already have a lot of experience. The stock production and transportation take much longer than before the covid. Also, borders are sometimes closed, which delays stock arrivals leading to a shortage in supply.

We try to plan our stock orders with extra time and safety stock to overcome this shortage.

Online shopping customers:

We find it challenging to create personal connections with the customers on the online store, which brings back customers to buy again. We try to overcome this by having great customer service and fast deliveries. But it remains a difficult aspect of online sales for us and many other entrepreneurs.
