Communication is the key to any successful marriage. If you’re not already start talking to each other. Discuss things that are on your mind or that are bothering you. Talk about things that you like about your relationship and things that you don’t. Allow each other time to speak and really listen to what the other has to say. Try to remain calm and if the conversation turns too heated or emotional take a break and try again another time. You won’t get anywhere if you’re both angry.

If there are clear problems then work together to formulate a plan on how you can improve the situation. What changes can you make to enhance the relationship? Do you need to spend more quality time together or perhaps spend more time apart? If you both want the relationship to work then the problems should be able to be overcome with effort and determination form both of you. If you’re struggling to get a conversation going then you may need the help of a professional. They can help you to bring the problems to the surface so you can work on the problems in your relationship. Getting help is not a sign of weakness it’s actually a really healthy thing to do.

I believe that nutrition science is a wonderful helper both for the preventive improvement of health and adjunctive therapy in treatment. My goal is to help people improve their health and well-being without torturing themselves with unnecessary dietary restrictions. I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle – I play sports, cycle, and swim in the lake all year round. With my work, I have been featured in Vice, Country Living, Harrods magazine, Daily Telegraph, Grazia, Women's Health, and other media outlets.
