VITAMINS TO NEVER TAKE AT NIGHT AND WHY

What’s the best time of day to take vitamins and why? What should people know before taking vitamins?

I recommend morning or midday. People should understand that at night, the digestion process slows down. This way, taking vitamins at night may affect effective absorption.

 Need 4-5 vitamins to not take at night and why. Please format like this. They include;

Vitamins B

Vitamins B are great for converting food into energy. They function best when taken in the morning to supply your body with energy throughout the day. The best vitamin for this is B12 and its deficiency results in mood changes and exhaustion. Please avoid taking them at night because they boost metabolism, potentially causing sleep issues.

Vitamin D

If you consume vitamin D at night, your melatonin production may be altered probably because the body relates it to sunlight. Therefore, I recommend taking it in the morning to maximize its purpose before sleeping time comes.

Multivitamins

Multivitamins contain many formulations, including Vitamin B, caffeine, and coenzyme Q10. All these ingredients help raise the body’s energy, meaning consuming them at night can disrupt your sleep.

Vitamin C

I discourage taking vitamin C at night because it is acidic and could cause stomach upsets, especially when taken without meals. The best bet is taking it early in the day and with meals, more so if you have gastroesophageal reflux.
