WELLNESS TRENDS FOR 2023

Here are the wellness trends I anticipate to continue gaining more focus in 203;

Facial wellness

Currently, people are more educated on the need and benefits of facial wellness. This is evident with the increased number of spas treatment, the urge for facial care routines, and face yoga exercises, especially in women in their 30s and above. The pop-up of studios that offer physical and online training or services on facial wellness has facilitated the likelihood of this trend to continue in 2023.

Body immunity

We are becoming more conscious of how to keep our bodies healthy and boost our immune system as people yearn to improve their quality of life and increase their lifespan. 2022 has been full of wellness trends that support a healthier immune like infrared saunas, lymphatic drainage, alternative therapies and intermittent fasting. All these are expected to rise in 2023 as we look for ways to adopt lifestyle habits that promote longevity. The increased use of CBD oil and ongoing research to determine the maximum wellness benefits these supplements can provide indicates body immunity will be among the top trends next year.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
