WHAT ARE THE RISKS POSED BY BAD PRACTICES IN THE SHOWER?

Not wiping front to back

I am sure you have heard this statement before; wiping front to back. It is the same thing that most people overlook, and end up in serious health hazards, including contraction of UTI. Wiping the incorrect way- back to front, possibly transfers bacteria from the anal opening to your vagina causing potential vulvovaginitis, UTI, yeast infections, and itchiness. It calls for more keenness when showering to avoid the risk.

Carrying and using the phone

How long does it take you to pee or shower? Does that deny you enough time to follow your favorite celeb’s posts? If only you could see how many germs and viruses your phone loads when leaving the bathroom, I don’t think you will continue with this habit. Placing the phone at the bathroom counter or sink mainly collects yeast or funghi, which may be moved to other areas, including the house or your face, and I hope you understand what this means.

Letting hair accumulate on your brush

Coming the hair can for extended periods without washing your brushes can cause buildup of various things, including oils, dead skin, and residue. These products possibly develop breeding ground for harmful bacteria that increase risk of health problems. It is best to thorough clean the bristles for a healthier service and beauty.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
