What Does Polysexual Mean?

Being polysexual means you are sexually or romantically attracted to people of other genders. Although polysexual and bisexual are used interchangeably, I feel the two are different creatures. The former involves being attracted to multiple genders (even non-binary folks), while the latter is being attracted to people of your gender and at least one different gender.

How To Know If You Might Be

  • You are romantically or sexually attracted to people of other genders
  • You don’t consider a specific gender when talking about your ideal match
  • You feel bad when you imagine you have dated people of your gender alone
