Frozen Yogurt
The milk and added sugars in frozen yogurt can cause inflammation. Opt for fresh creams or vegetable drinks.
Peanuts
These are common allergens that can trigger inflammation as they can easily get infections from molds or aflatoxins that can spike allergic or inflammatory reactions. Substitute your peanuts with healthier options such as raw nuts and almonds.
Processed Fruit Juice
They are high in beneficial nutrients such as antioxidants and vitamins. However, most processed foods lack fiber and contain added sugars that trigger inflammation. Replace your processed fruit juices with homemade vegetable juices.
Other snacks that can cause inflammation include; agave nectar and veggie burgers.
