One of the biggest mistakes I see my clients make is taking each other for granted. When you’re in the thick of a relationship you become absorbed into it and often stop working on it. Couples end up going through the motion rather than progressing, nurturing and growing their relationship. People slip into daily routines and end up on autopilot. Autopilot is a relationship killer! Becoming aware again is the key to a happy relationship. You have to be conscious in your relationship.

You have to make time for each other to show your appreciation and love for one another. You don’t need grand expensive gestures. Just be kind, thoughtful and aware of your partners needs. If you don’t know what your partner wants ask them. Communication really is the key to a happy and healthy relationship.
