From my research, several reasons explain why organizations should make mental health a priority in the workplace, including;

More employees are focused on improving their mental health, especially after the pandemic. This has led to a change in how workers take responsibility for their mental affairs as they demand employers who ‘put first’ their mental concerns. Introducing measures that support employees is essential as it provides a safe working environment to improve an organization’s gains.
