Since the start of the pandemic, anxiety, and depression cases have risen worldwide. This is attributed to changes in lifestyle practices imposed by COVID measures such as lockdown and isolation. Nowadays, there are more stress factors than ever before, including; social isolations, loneliness, inability to seek physical help from family or friends during challenging times, worries about infection, lack of proper mental care, substance abuse in younger people, social media pressure, loss of loved ones to the pandemic, job constraints and exhaustion especially in health workers all increasing mental problems in the population.
