WHY NOT HAVING A PARTNER BEFORE A CERTAIN AGE IS OFTEN SEEN AS A RED FLAG AND WHETHER IT SHOULD/SHOULDN'T BE SOMETHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT

If a person hasn’t had a partner before a certain age it can be seen as a red flag by some people as they may wonder why they haven’t been in a relationship. However it really isn’t something to be concerned about especially in this modern age we live in. It is becoming increasingly common for people to focus on themselves, their career and self care over relationships. People are prioritizing themselves over others which isn’t a bad thing as without self love and confidence relationships with others don’t work anyway.

There are many reasons why a person may not of had any previous relationships. Some people have never been in a relationship simply because they lack confidence and haven’t been in a situation where it’s possible to meet others. Others may have experienced a traumatic childhood which has made them wary of others and for some people they have just become used to being alone and are happy in their own company.

If you meet someone you like that hasn’t had any past relationships the best thing to do is ask them about. They may know why or they may not, either way as you get to know them better it may become apparent why they haven’t.

Someone that has had lots of relationship can be equally as much a red flag as someone that never has. It really is a case of getting to know them a bit better before you make a judgement.
