WORST EATING HABITS

“WORST EATING HABITS SECRETLY INCREASING YOUR CHOLESTEROL’’

Unhealthy diet

Do you fill your diet with processed and fried foods, baked products, and red meat? If such dominate your meals, it would help if you limit the intake because they mainly increase cholesterol and cause weight gain. I tell my clients to maximize on foods, including oatmeal, fatty fish, and nuts, which regulate your cholesterol. During one of my sessions, a colleague was concerned about eating eggs. Well, eggs have high cholesterol. But do not avoid them completely because they supply more other important nutrients.

Sedentary lifestyle

Staying inactive physically can risk high cholesterol levels. But regular exercise is good for lowering the bad cholesterol. I recommend cardio activities, including swimming, jogging, and HIIT exercises. Again, do not neglect a nutritious diet for better cholesterol control.

I believe that nutrition science is a wonderful helper both for the preventive improvement of health and adjunctive therapy in treatment. My goal is to help people improve their health and well-being without torturing themselves with unnecessary dietary restrictions. I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle – I play sports, cycle, and swim in the lake all year round. With my work, I have been featured in Vice, Country Living, Harrods magazine, Daily Telegraph, Grazia, Women's Health, and other media outlets.
