BEDBUG AWARENESS WEEK

How to spot bedbugs?

Bedbugs can be spotted by checking whether the sheets have some red or rusty spots and stains on the sheet, which indicates that you might have crushed one. Try to look out for tiny brown or red-colored insects crawling on your beddings, dark fecal spots,  bites on your skin, small eggs or eggshells with a brownie shed, and unpleasant smells on the sheets or places they can hide such as cracks, mattresses, clothes, sofas, and walls.

How do bedbugs affect you?

From my research, bedbugs have a less serious impact on humans. The likely effects include; skin irritation, allergic reactions in some individuals, sleep problems or deprivation, insomnia, increased sleep anxiety risk, and some skin infections.
