Greek yogurt
This yogurt is creamy with numerous nutrients. It keeps you satisfied for long and glows your skin. It has Vitamins B2, B6, and B12 that protect and offer the skin a naturally radiant look.
Salmon
Salmon is popular for making hydrated ad powerful skin. It carries Omega-3 fatty acids that lower inflammation and keeps the skin moist. It also has Vitamin E and zinc for a hydrated skin.
