How different ways of dressing can impact mood + mental health. Fashion and clothing can directly affect our attitude, confidence, and mood. They can boost how we perform tasks and our psychological state. An individual achieves more when they feel dressed for the event. Different emotions evolve with varied clothing options, color, and material. For instance, a sports team appearing in black is perceived aggressive. Big sweatshirts and baggy attires are associated with depression. People dressed in jewelry and dresses as seen to be happy. Furthermore, wearing official wear or tailored jackets are linked to business minds. They are called power outfits because of the effect of increased dominance that help in abstract thinking and negotiating. However, putting on official wear in casual occasions may present you as less open and unrelaxed. But a casual outfit in such event increases friendliness and creativity.
