SLOWING THE AGEING PROCESS FOR THE PARTS OF THE BODY THAT ARE MOST PRONE TO DETERIORATION.

SLOWING THE AGEING PROCESS FOR THE PARTS OF THE BODY THAT ARE MOST PRONE TO DETERIORATION.

I recommend the following tips when looking to slow down aging on these body parts;

Areas of the body we’re focusing on are:

Skin and Wrinkles

As a dermatologist, staying hydrated, eating healthy diets high in vitamin C, A, D, or other nutrients, applying sunscreen daily, applying the right retinoid products or moisturizers, gently cleansing the skin daily, and quitting smoking and alcohol can halt the skin and lines or wrinkles.

Brain

Ensure you exercise regularly, get adequate sleep, incorporate a Mediterranean diet, and be socially and mentally active to slow down brain aging.

Joints – Knees, Hips Etc

I suggest you eat more foods with healthy fats, proteins, calcium, and vitamins and engage in physical activities such as stretching to delay joint aging.

Pelvic Floor

Engaging in slow kegel exercises which involve squeezing or contraction and relaxing if the pelvic floor muscles can keep this body part in good form for longer.

Eyes

Wearing sunglasses to prevent eye damage by harmful UV rays, eating nutritious diets, stopping harmful habits like smoking, and maintaining a physically active life with regular eye check-ups and treatment can boost eye strength and slow deterioration.

Ears

To halt ear aging, try to limit loud noises around you, listen to music or movies in low tones, use ear protection, and seek medical help quickly if you notice any ear problem.
