Finelli Cristiano born in Modena in Italy, raised in a small Italian town called Montombraro in the province of Modena in the Emilia Romagna region in northern Italy, faces economic studies from which he continues the family business, then begins to travel the world getting to know different cultures, dealing with different people and creating numerous spontaneous friendships, the thing that strikes him most is the low quality of the coffees that are drunk in the world.

In 2012, returning from Sydney by plane, he begins to wonder: why is the quality of the coffee so poor?

Back home he began to do numerous studies on coffee and the art of extraction, he began to search for quality raw materials and together with his son Nicolò’ they began to create and experiment with various blends of roasted coffee until they created three blends (RISTRETTO, ESPRESSO , CLASSICO) each of the three reflects the different coffee tasting habits on the continents, thus satisfying all the palates of the world.

After several tastings and the winning of recognition prizes for the blends, a large Italian coffee company, the vision of the recipes of the blends created, offers him but absolutely despite the advantageous offer, he wins the love for what he has created and decides to found the FINELLI GROUP which is the owner of the Nik Cafè brand, producing the blends created, spreading a company policy towards love and passion for work, the awareness of creating Italian coffee recognized all over the world for the exclusivity, and the selection of the raw material only and exclusively through certified supply chains, to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive quality Italian coffee.

All this takes place via NFC technology. The consumer brings his smartphone close to the product and a notification automatically appears with which he can get in touch with us and discover the whole Nik Cafè world and follow all the processes necessary to create the finished product. With this initiative we try to involve the consumer and help him in choosing the product, always having the satisfaction of our customers as the main objective, and we are firmly convinced that it is better to see with your own eyes than to hear about it.

As a company we are very active in participating financially and personally in many charitable initiatives, but with particular attention, emphasis and enthusiasm we participate in a very important project “Iron Mind”, conceived by MB Onlus, bringing minors with disabilities closer to the practice of one or more sports activities, offering a good opportunity for social integration and breaking down mental, economic and logistical barriers. We believe that sport, as a tool for personal training, promotes better growth, increases self-esteem and the psychophysical well-being of students. We continually try to join charitable initiatives to give support and moments of happiness to people in need, helping in the distribution to the homeless, always initiatives that we are aware will reach destination.
