How to Clean Your Fleshlight Masturbator

How to Clean Your Fleshlight Masturbator

Just like any other sex toys, Fleshlights need to be cleaned properly in order to prolong their lifespan. What’s the best way to clean your Fleshlight so that it performs as well as it did the first time that you used it?

After each use, you should remove the Fleshlight sleeve from its outer plastic casing and rinse it thoroughly underneath a warm tap to eradicate any trace of bodily fluids and lubricants. Fleshlight sleeves are made from patented Superskin which enables them to feel very close to human skin. However, these sleeves need to be cared for accordingly to prevent them from degrading. Using soap on Fleshlight/Fleshjack sleeves is not recommended as this can cause significant damage to the feel of the sleeve.

After rinsing all of the fluids from your Fleshlight, towel dry the outside (with either an anti-static cloth or a towel) and leave the inside of the sleeve to dry out naturally. When your Fleshlight is completely dry, it may feel a little tacky. This is completely normal due to the materials that the sleeve is made from. To restore the natural texture of your Fleshlight to how it was prior to cleaning, it’s recommended that you use Fleshlight Renewing Powder (£6.99) or cornflour should you have any in the kitchen cupboard. This will not only replenish the super soft feeling of your Fleshlight but also help with its durability.

Finally, add the sleeve back into its outer plastic casing and store in a cool, dry place such as a wardrobe or a bedroom drawer.

Avoid…

As with all sex toys its best for hygiene reasons not to share your Fleshlight or Fleshjack with others. Don’t wash your Fleshlight using soap as this can degrade the Superskin material. Only use water-based lubricants – silicone lubes can cause damage to the sleeve. Don’t leave your Fleshlight exposed to sunlight or heat as this may also lead to a breakdown of its Superskin materials.

Recommended Fleshlight Products

In addition to the Fleshlight Renewing Powder, you can also look after your Fleshlight by using Fleshlight Fleshlube Water (priced at £12.95) which is suitable to use with any Fleshlight or Fleshjack, and Fleshlight Wash (£9.45) which is an anti-bacterial cleaner that can be applied after rinsing your Fleshlight in water. The Fleshlight Care Kit (£28.99) combines all three cleaning and preserving agents.
