HOW TO DEAL WITH VULNERABILITY FOR NATURAL HEALTH

Vulnerability hangover usually happens after people take an emotional risk. Learn how to deal with these vulnerability feelings using these steps that I’ve accumulated over my career experiences;

Know Your Vulnerability Emotions

This is the first essential step; try to focus on what you regret, the emotional reactions, and your feelings. This can be hyperactive, shame, over-productivity, shyness, low self-esteem, and other negative behaviors to hide your vulnerability or regrets.

Open Up To People You Trust

Confiding in people you trust or health professionals can help cut off the shameful and shy feelings. It can elevate your mod, too, as you learn that you are not experiencing the negative emotions alone.

Focus On Reminding Yourself On Why You Overshared Or Took The Risk

Though this might be challenging, it’s the easiest way to get over a vulnerability hangover. Remind yourself constantly on why you did it and why it’s worth it without concentrating on the outcome. Remember that you did it for your good and goals, even if the results are not what you expected.

•             Reframe your thoughts and emotions and have a more positive perspective on why you did it. Find the real purpose of your initial action and focus on the positive elements.

•             Accept that humans learn from each other and embrace that our discomforts and worries contribute to better growth.

•             Appreciate your courageous acts of opening up or sharing.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
