Learning To Love Mature Skin

Aging is a natural part of human life. Sadly, most people give up, thinking they look terrible and too tired. Today, we will discuss about loving your mature skin, which starts with self-acceptance. Aging comes with the intense pressure that can make you and make up artists inseparable. Don’t get me wrong. It is cool to apply a little foundation to cover dark spots and discoloration but being comfortable in your skin always is for me. Ignore media portrayals. Behind them are air brushing, nipping, injectables, and tucking. As a registered dermatologist, I can confidently say that can prevent you from knowing what healthy aging is. It is also important to understand our aging journeys are different. Don’t see your friend going under the knife to enhance their beauty and admire it. What is best for them may not work for you. Don’t force it.

I believe that nutrition science is a wonderful helper both for the preventive improvement of health and adjunctive therapy in treatment. My goal is to help people improve their health and well-being without torturing themselves with unnecessary dietary restrictions. I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle – I play sports, cycle, and swim in the lake all year round. With my work, I have been featured in Vice, Country Living, Harrods magazine, Daily Telegraph, Grazia, Women's Health, and other media outlets.
