From my research, some symptoms that impact your sleep quality can be a reflecting certain health conditions which include;
Chronic Nightmares
Recurring nightmares can be assigned that you have untreated trauma, anxiety, depression, or stress, sometimes it’s linked to certain medications and drug/ substance abuse.
I recommend you seek medical help if the nightmares occur frequently and interrupt your sleep patterns. Doctors can give you medications to lower stress, depression, anxiety, correct the underlying health condition and use therapy to treat trauma-based nightmares.
Falling Asleep Too Fast
Narcolepsy is when an individual sleeps faster, with daytime naps or drowsiness, muscle loss, sleep paralysis, and hallucinations. Other signs include restless legs syndrome, rapid eye changes, and other automatic sleep behaviors.
Taking prescribed medications like stimulants, tricyclic depressants, and sodium oxybate can lower the symptoms.
Sleep Talking and Walking
These activities can indicate certain disorders; sleep terror, fever, emotional sleep, effects of certain drugs, substance misuse, sleep behaviors disorders.
Seeking help from a sleep specialist can aid in determining the exact underlying condition and get you the right medications or sleep therapy to prevent further sleepwalking or talking.
