From my research, taking cranberry powder supplements or eating the fruit whole can significantly boost brain health. Cranberry supplements and fruits are packed with antioxidant properties that lower the risk of cell damage by oxidative stress, prevent inflammation, and increase blood flow to the brain cells ensuring proper cognitive functioning while lowering the risk of stroke and other conditions. The Ursolic acid in cranberries prevents brain cell degeneration, inhibits the growth of cancer cells, and increases brain sharpness, memory, and risk of Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s disease which ensure proper cognitive function.

Taking cranberry powder supplements has proven to boost brain health and cognitive functioning. However, to get more brain health benefits, I recommend you eat whole cranberries fruits as they have higher contents of ursolic acid, antioxidants, and other nutrients that may lack in supplements.
