Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy or couple counseling is a short-term psychotherapy that helps couples learn how to communicate, solve relationship conflicts and forgive each other. This results in relationship satisfaction, keeping the butterflies among the two parties alive for a long time.

Is The Fact That It’s a Type of Short-Term Therapy a Good Thing?

Couple counseling provides a quick solution to a specific issue shaking the relationship. What if a relationship is bombed by multiple issues or problems which can only be solved when the potential roots are out? This is where long-term therapy comes in handy. In other words, couples therapy is not a good thing for all relationships.

I am deeply convinced that each patient needs a unique, individual approach. Therefore, I use different psychotherapy methods in my work. During my studies, I discovered an in-depth interest in people as a whole and the belief in the inseparability of mind and body, and the importance of emotional health in physical health. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (a big fan of thrillers) and going on hikes.
