ECSTATIC DANCING

ECSTATIC DANCING

Why ecstatic dancing is good for us

Dancing has numerous health effects, for example;

It boosts cognitive function

Dancing is wonderful for mental health. It shifts your focus. For example, it relieves you from your everyday endeavors. Dancing is a simple form of happiness, which heightens your spatial alertness. Furthermore, be sure it is a perfect activity to end your day.

Improve social relationships

Through dancing, you can interact and connect with others in a manner that heightens your spirit. It leaves everybody in the group filled with ecstasy, for instance, I have had various dance sessions with extremely wrong choreography. It is always a moment of fun and laughter realizing that you are not the only poor dancer in the room. But after sometime, you get challenged and motivated to fit in as you get support towards achieving the group’s goal.

Improved physical health

Did you know that dancing is an exercise form? If you doubt, try a Zumba session of around 30 minutes and see how worked out your body will feel. Personally, going to the gym is a must. But of all workouts, I love Zumba classes, which have helped tone my muscles and my cardio health is also on check. The dance moves can shake even the body parts that are rarely involved when lifting weights.
