HIIT exercises

HIIT exercises like running, treadmill jogging, swimming or biking are ideal endurance training workouts that can delay the aging process. HIIT can increase and lengthen telomeres enzymes which are essential for maintaining healthy or regenerative cells. Effective functioning of telomeres discourages cell death preventing wrinkles, cognitive decline, premature death and other age-related conditions by increasing the levels of nitric oxide in the body.
