Health Risks of Fizzy Tablets

Fizzy drinks are loaded with sodium. When taken in large amounts or for longer periods, these tablets can cause high blood pressure. If you didn’t know, high blood pressure levels increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

When your sodium levels are dangerously high, your body will react to restore healthy levels. The sad part is that eliminating excess sodium in urine can cause calcium levels in yourbody to drop, resulting in thin bones and osteoporosis. On the other hand, when there is too much calcium in your urine, you are more likely to suffer kidney stones.

I believe that nutrition science is a wonderful helper both for the preventive improvement of health and adjunctive therapy in treatment. My goal is to help people improve their health and well-being without torturing themselves with unnecessary dietary restrictions. I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle – I play sports, cycle, and swim in the lake all year round. With my work, I have been featured in Vice, Country Living, Harrods magazine, Daily Telegraph, Grazia, Women's Health, and other media outlets.
