HOLISTIC FITNESS

The benefits

Increased blood flow

According to studies, holistic fitness, including regular yoga practice enhances circulation, which maintains blood pressure levels. When blood seamlessly flows throughout the body, your nerves are calmed, giving the body peace.

Better balance

Activities like Tai chi and yoga are great for improving your physical coordination. They result in better core strength and balance.

Beginner’s tips

Have a journal

Note any body changes throughout the day, whether emotional, physical, or mental, and write them when the day ends. I recommend writing the activities of the day and how they impacted your body.

Improve your self-care tips

I advise my clients to care for themselves as though they were looking after a child. This helps rest when the body needs to. A child understands what their limits and what they require. Therefore, be patient with yourself and handle your body with care and gentleness.

How to start

I recommend a 15 minutes session every day. For example, you can choose to meditate by getting into a comfortable position in a quiet place free from destructions. Arms to your sides with a soft tongue and breathe deeply. With eyes closed, concentrate on a still object with your mind. Let out every negative thoughts and energy as you breathe into all body parts. The peaceful moment is what brings the gains by holding everything together.

Why it’s important

Holistic fitness is vital for allowing people to fully incorporate the mind, body, and spirit. This improves their bodies’ total wellness, including boosted mental function, spiritual awareness, and general body wellbeing.

The work of a family doctor includes a wide range of clinical diversity, which requires extensive knowledge and erudition from a specialist. However, I believe that the most important thing for a family doctor is to be human because the cooperation and understanding between the doctor and the patient are crucial in ensuring successful health care. On my days off, I love being in nature. Since childhood, I have been passionate about playing chess and tennis. Whenever I have time off, I enjoy traveling around the world.
